Medistrom 90W AC Power Adapter for the Pilot-24 Lite, Pilot-12 Lite, and Pilot Flex. The Medistrom battery is designed to be charged with the power source of your CPAP machine, and the battery does not come with a dedicated power source in the box. However some machines like the AirMini only have a power source of 20W so the charge times can be up to 6-7 hours.
