Medistrom 90W AC Power Adapter for the Pilot-24 Lite, Pilot-12 Lite, and Pilot Flex. The Medistrom battery is designed to be charged with the power source of your CPAP machine, and the battery does not come with a dedicated power source in the box. However some machines like the AirMini only have a power source of 20W so the charge times can be up to 6-7 hours. When using this dedicated power source with both the 12V and 24V battery, it will bring the charge time down to 3-4 hours. AC Input Voltage: 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 2.5A.DC Output: 24V, 3.75A, 90W.
