The Carbon Ultralight is lighter and designed for smooth surfaces, travel, and city life. Both are made from carbon fiber; the Overland weighs 6.7 kg, while the Ultralight is 4.8 kg. Both can be used indoors and outdoors.
Great question! The inverted handles encourage you to stand more upright and closer to the frame and this encourages good posture. Joint pain can be an issue with traditional shaped handles but the ergonomically shaped byACRE handles mean you steer the walker with the palm of your hand rather than using your finger, wrist and hand joints.
The brakes cables are hidden inside the frame. It is one of the details we’re most proud of. And if you ask us, it is much more than a ‘detail’.

Yes! The Carbon Overland is built for real outdoor use — it handles gravel, grass, forest paths, cobblestones, and uneven terrain with ease. Like all wheeled products, very soft sand can be a challenge, but firm, packed sand is no problem for the Overland.
Like anything on wheels, the Overland will not roll as well on soft sand. The Overland will roll on hard packed sand. If you do take it to the beach, be sure to wash down the wheels afterwards to avoid corrosion from the salt and clean around the bearings.

Yes, we haven’t met a car boot yet that doesn’t like a byACRE walker. It's simple to fold and lift for easy storage.
The Carbon Overland folds flat with minimum effort, and is only 25 cm wide when folded. It can easily be lifted into the trunk of a car and will fit most of all car trunks.
However, we recommend you to measure your car trunk and compare it with the rollator to be sure that it fits
Each airline has its own rules about transportation of mobility aids. Some will let you take it right to the aircraft door, others require check in. Some will let you check in a mobility device and it won't count against your luggage allocation. It's best to contact the airline in advance and ask what they'll allow and what you should do.
