Cura1Warranty Coverage Safe Life (Cura1) offers a twelve (12) month warranty period for all its products, unless otherwise specified. This warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on the customer's proof of purchase. Warranty Conditions This warranty policy covers defects in material and workmanship only. It does not cover damages caused by: a) Accidents, misuse, or abuse; b) Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs; c) Normal wear and tear; d) Damage caused by improper installation or operation; e) Damage caused by improper maintenance or storage; f) Natural disasters or other external factors, including but not limited to fire, flood, and lightning. Claim Process To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide the following information: a) Proof of purchase, including the original receipt or invoice; b) A detailed description of the perceived fault; c) Photos or videos of the defective product, if applicable. Upon receipt of this information, Safe Life's technical department will evaluate the claim and determine whether the fault is covered under this warranty policy. If the fault is confirmed, Safe Life will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. Warranty Repair or Replacement If a product is deemed to be faulty and eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty policy, Safe Life will be responsible for the freight cost associated with the return of the product from the factory to the owner. The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the product to Safe Life's factory. Safe Life reserves the right to replace the defective product with a product of equal or greater value if an exact replacement is not available. Any replaced or repaired product will be covered under the original warranty period, which will not be extended or renewed as a result of the repair or replacement. Limitation of Liability Safe Life's liability under this warranty policy is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. Safe Life shall not be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use, or any other losses resulting from the use of or inability to use Safe Life products.

National Health Australia (NHA)The NHA Life Alarm Pendants have a full replacement 12 month manufacturers warranty which covers mechanical and firmware defects fault of the manufacturer. It does not cover wear and tear, physical damage or water damage. If the device shows physical damage or the insides show water damage we may be able to repair or replace parts at the customers expense. Damage to the charging port, gold charging contacts on device and charging pins on dock are not covered by warranty as this would be wear and tear. Proper care of the device is required to avoid issues. National Health Australia test all warranty claims for 7 days before issuing a report and decision on warranty. If the device is covered by warranty we strive to replace within 48 hours of the report depending on current demand, public holidays or business shut down periods. The NHA Medical Watch 4G is warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions and appropriately cared for and maintained. The warranty does not apply if there is: •Damage to the recharge insertion point due to the charging cord being forcibly and/or incorrectly inserted and/or recklessly removed •Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, or any natural disaster, such as a flood or an earthquake •Evidence of device infiltration, such as unscrewing the device casing and tampering with any internal electronics. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to: •Cancel your service contract with us; and •A refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Two -Year Warranty Your Top Gun Mobility Scooter is fully guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase against faults arising due to defects in manufacture or materials. One -Year Warranty All electronic parts, including controllers, batteries, brakes and battery chargers, have a one (1) year warranty. Servicing to the controller, batteries or battery charger must be carried out by your authorised Top Gun Mobility Provider. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items renders the guarantee void on that item. Never expose the electronic components of the scooter to humidity (rain, snow, mist, or water from washing), as it may damage electronic circuits. Always store your scooter with batteries fully charged. When storing the scooter for more than two weeks, charge the batteries and disconnect them. During the storage, check the charge once a month and recharge the batteries as needed. You must complete a full charge cycle every month or damage to batteries can occur. Avoid extreme temperature of hot and cold during storage. Freezing can damage low charged batteries and they may become unusable.
